7-Day Return Window & Eligibility
You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your shipment under the following conditions:
The product arrived physically damaged, cracked, or defective during courier transit.
The delivered item is incorrect or does not match the specifications mentioned on the website.
The product is unused, in its original devotional box, along with the certificate of authenticity, energization notes, and intact tags.
Return Request Process
Step 1: Send a message to our WhatsApp support at +91 95163 24071 or email devkhatiy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Include your Order ID, your contact mobile number, and a short photo or video showing the condition of the delivered parcel.
Step 3: Our support team will verify the details within 24 hours and schedule a reverse courier pickup from your delivery address.
Refund Timeline & Modes
Prepaid Orders: Once the returned item reaches our Jaipur hub and undergoes inspection, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 3 to 5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our customer support team will contact you to securely collect your preferred UPI ID or Bank Account (NEFT) details. Refunds are credited within 3 business days of return receipt.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Customized personalized astrology rings made to specific non-standard ring sizes or items altered at the customer's request cannot be returned unless verified defective upon delivery.
